Founded by Douglas Karr

Douglas is the CEO and Founder of DK New Media. Douglas develops partner strategies and is the publisher of the Marketing Technology Blog. Douglas consults with marketing technology clients on business and product issues as well as helping them develop their market strategies through competitive research and product positioning.

Kait is graduating May 2017 from the IU School of Liberal Arts with a major in journalism, focus in public relations and minor in event management. Kait has gathered almost 3 years of agency experience and worked with over a dozen local and national companies while completing undergrad.

Harrison is a serial entrepreneur and creative marketer who has had two of his marketing companies acquired, one privately and one publicly. Harrison is also an experienced videographer and director, bringing that expertise into the fold alongside our other premium content services. His passion is all about building relationships and seeking out creative partnerships that focus on the power of collaboration, innovation, and market disruption.

Ioana Ene

Ioana is our project manager. She is making sure that all our clients are taken care of with excellence and she ensures a good communication between our team members and our clients. Ioana is not only a fast learner, but she compliments each task with her attention to detail and light-heartedness.

The companies he’s developed strategies for have resulted in nearly a decade of double-digit growth year-over-year primarily through online marketing and e-commerce sales channels.

An applauded expert in brand strategy, Thaddeus Rex got his start on an Emmy Award winning PBS show, then 10 years creating and touring stage shows across America. As a consultant and keynoter, he now helps companies like Butterball, Australian Gold, Rotary International, and many more gain the Science of Charisma for themselves, generating contagious enthusiasm, faster engagement and easier sales.
