Zebra builds enterprise-level data capture and automatic identification solutions that provide businesses with operational visibility. They have an incredible internal marketing team that coordinates and provides professional development to their network of channel partners.
Over the last few years, I’ve provided their teams with ongoing marketing workshops that speak directly to changes in both B2B and consumer behavior so that their partners can prioritize their marketing resources and ensure measurable results. The pandemic has drawn high demand for Zebra products but has also raised challenges with respect to selling online. This workshop speaks to those challenges and provides the channel partners with an overview of how to realign their sales and marketing strategies.
I also developed a marketing initiative checklist for their channel partners to use as a quick validation that they’re maximizing their return on marketing investment. It’s an incredible team, and while we had to move from an in-person and recorded conference to online, the attendance is impressive – with hundreds of partners from all over the world. Side note: I also do a podcast workshop for the company for those partners who wish to expand their reach through podcasting.
